What we collect

When you send the estimate or contact form we receive the details you type: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your town and what you need. Our web host records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and performance.

How we use it

To reply to your request, schedule and perform the work you ask about, and keep a record of the job. We may text or call the number you gave us about your request. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone except the services that deliver it to us (web hosting, email and text delivery).

How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept in our delivery system for 90 days and in our job records for as long as we need them for the work, warranties and accounting.

Text messages

We only text you if you ask us to. On our forms there are two separate, unchecked boxes: one lets us text you about the request you just sent (a confirmation and replies), the other lets us send occasional review requests and service reminders from At The Top Tree Service Corp — a few messages a year and never more than one a month. Neither box is required to get an estimate. If you call us and we miss the call, we may send one text to let you know we will call back. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts from us, or HELP for help. We keep a record of when and how you agreed, and we never sell or share your number for anyone else's marketing.
